Willie Mae Jones (well known as Bill) was born in Cyrene,Ga to the late Asbery Glenn and Euzera Humphrey Glenn. Willie Mae accepted Christ at an early age and was a faithful member of Mt. Pleasant Freewill Baptist Church on Glennville Rd Until her health started to decline. She attended Hutto High School in Bainbridge, Ga. She worked at IT&T and she later was employed at Bainbridge Health Care in housekeeping until she retired.
Willie Mae was united in holy matrimony to the late Lewis "Buddy Boy" Jones and to that union (5) children were born (Brennette, Lee Marvin, George Henry, Allene, and the late Alphonza) Later she was blessed with another bundle of joy with Nathaniel Snell (Betty).
Willie Mae loved spending time with her children, grandchildren, and family. She also loved an ole cold Sprite soda and going to Yard Sales.
She is predeceased by her parents Asbey and Euzera Glenn and grandparents. (1) son Alphonza Jones, (5) brothers Johnny Joe Glenn Sr, Henry Allen Glenn, Garnell Glenn, Aurelius Glenn, Nathaniel Glenn Sr. (4) sisters Laura Bell, Gail Aldridge, Bronzie Harris, and Minnie Ruth Glenn.
Wille Mae is survived by (5) children Brenrette "Sally" Jones (her devoted caretaker), George Henry Jones, and Lee Marvin Jones all of Brinson, Ga, Allene Enos(Aaron) of Deridder, LA. and Betty King Baker(Arthur) Of Woodbine, GA. (1) Sister Jeanette Cummings (Jesse) of Augusta, GA. (2) Sister-in-laws: Annie Glenn of Brinson, Ga. And Liza Parks of Donalsonville, Ga. (2) Devoted Nephews : Deacon John Harris Sr. and Johnny Joe Glenn Jr. "Joey" (2) nieces that was her caretakers Deidra Glenn and Rochonda Harris A special niece/sister Euzera Stubbs and Jacquelyn (Scott) Cochran. (3)Special family friends Chandler Hover, Myra Curry, and Arlisa Jackson. (17) grandchildren: Artavia (Lacy) Anders, Latrice (Derek) Gunter, Latrezz Baker, Taylor Baker, Keagan Baker, Tammy (Garrett) Baker, Aaron Enos Jr., Shanta Jones, Chedrick Roberts, Ceira Jones, Britney (DeJuan) Talbert, Terrance (Katrina) Jones, Michael (Charniese) Jones, Byron Jones, Lee Jones Jr, Shavonne Snell, Paula Jackson.
