Wesley Lee Porter, Jr. the son of the late Wesley Lee Porter, Sr. and Mary Ann Waters was born on July 3, 1946 in Arlington, Georgia. On July 15, 2019, the Lord called Wesley to his Heavenly Home. He was educated in the public schools of Early County. He retired from Dollar Farm Product in 2012. He loved gardening. He met and married Wilma Scott Porter and to this union eighteen children were born. In addition to his parents, he was preceded him in death by his children, Vera Nundra, Melvin Porter, Kelvin Porter, and Terrance Porter, his brothers, Robert Porter and Cleveland Porter, his sisters, Marie Blackshear and Rutha Mae Brinson. Wesley lived a full life surrounded by a multitude of family and friends. He leaves to cherish precious memories, his eighteen loving and devoted children, Bernice Jackson (Lorenzo) , Sebrena Troutman (William), Jacquelyn Smith (Oddis), Chandra Fate (Scottie), Youlanda Jackson (Phillip), Bridget Brown, Margaret Porter, Phyllis Porter, Anissa Taylor, Angelia Porter, Brenda Porter, Chifonna McFadden (Ronnie), Pamela Porter, Dijonnaise Hill, Dexter Price (Lisa), Ronnie Porter (Emma), Griffin Porter (Penny), Joshua Porter, one sister, Mary Sue Porter Madge, one god daughter, Marilyan Edwards (Michelle) and a host of grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
