Ulysees Dennis

Ulysees was a fun-loving person. He loved traveling and meeting new people. As his wife liked to say, “he loved talking noise “. Ulysees passed away on September 4th at the age of 62. He was born on February 25, 1959, to the late Eulie (Scrap) and Sally Mae Dennis. He was raised by his second Mother Lena (Parchie) Burke. In 2003 Ulysees fell in love with Deanna, and they were married in 2009 in Birmingham, Al. He was preceded in death by his father, Eulie Dennis; mother, Sally Mae Dennis as well as his beloved second Mother Lena Burke. Ulysees leaves to cherish his memories wife: Deanna Haslam; seven children: James Gibson (Kristi) of Conway, AR; Amber Hartdegen of Tacoma, WA; Leana Dennis of South Carolina, Britney Powe of Smyrna, Georgia; Kirkland Dennis of Mableton, Georgia; Tyshawn Haslam of Birmingham, Al; Dejah Johnson of College Park, Georgia. Ulysees also leaves to cherish his memories his five siblings: Robert Dennis (Sharon) of Waldo, AR; Wade Dennis (Trina) of College Park, Georgia; John Dennis (Elizabeth) of Hayneville, AL; Earnest Dennis of Atlanta, Georgia; Loretta (Trevor) of College Park, Georgia. He leaves three aunts, one special aunt: Lucy Flowers. He leaves one special uncle: Ben Emmanuel. A close cousin: Buddy Dennis. A host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
