A TIME TO BE BORN: Raul Villegas was born on September 4, 1983 to Maria Elena Rodriguez and Fransisco Villegas, Jr. in Naples, Florida. 

A TIME TO BE EDUCATED: Raul was educated in the Public School System.

A TIME TO DREAM: Raul worked with his brother-in-law Jose Aranda. He loved building Carports.

A TIME TO BE AT REST: Raul entered into Eternal Rest on Sunday, December 13, 2020 at the age of 37. 

A TIME TO MOURN: Raul was a devoted son, brother, father and grandfather who loved his family very much. He leaves to cherish his memories: one daughter, one grandchild, Roberto Hernandez, Jr.; his parents: Maria Elena Rodriguez and Fransisco Villegas Jr. of Bainbridge, GA; his brothers, Fransisco Villegas JR., Ruben Villegas and Noe Villegas; his sisters, Veronica Villegas, Senaida Villegas, Carmelita Villegas and Anastacia Maria Villegas; his step-sister, Michelle Lee Rodriguez and a host of nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins and sorrowing friends.
