PERCEL “BRUH” MILLER, the son of the late Armie Lee Sheffield and Jessie Lee “Pap” Miller, was born on February 24, 1940 in Polk County, Florida. On the blessed evening of January 8, 2021, Percel Miller answered his FATHER’S precious call at Southeast Health of Dothan, AL. At an early age, he joined Pilgrim Rest A.M.E. Church. He attended school in Miller County and was a 1958 graduate of Bethel High School. Mr. Percel worked at Elberta Crate and Box Company for forty-six years. During his spare time, he greatly enjoyed going deep sea fishing. He was united in Holy Matrimony to Annie Louise Grimsley on January 12, 1963, to this union six children were born. He was a dedicated worker and the sole provider for his family. After his retirement, his health started to decline, and he was well taken care of by his wife and children until he was called home to be with his Heavenly Father. Three of his daughters, Vernette Burney, Rosie Lee Miller, and Lashanda Miller, preceded him in death. Percel’s untimely death has left a void in the lives of his wife, Annie Louise Grimsley Miller; his daughters, Barbara M.
