Mr. John Footman

John Footman was born April 11th, 1945 in Bainbridge, Georgia to the late Ellis and Lucy Footman. John was a devoted son, father, grandfather, uncle and cousin among other titles. Being the fifth of twelve siblings he had a hardworking spirit that was always busy and looking for things to do. John could oftentimes be found visiting family and friends or getting a laugh with friends under the tree in Pear Orchard. Spending time with his daughter and grandchildren was what made him happiest. 

John’s legacy will live on through his devoted daughter Nicole “Neekee” Hicks of Bainbridge, Georgia, two granddaughters Natalie Milline, Brandice Shackleford,  two great-grandchildren Blake Shackleford, Cassidy Shackleford all of Locust Grove, Georgia, four sisters Eloise Tooner of Wilmington, Delaware, Patricia Williams Lucy Hunter, and Lou Footman all of Bainbridge, Georgia. Two Brothers Charles Footman and Jerrymiah (Jennifer) Footman all of Bainbridge, Georgia. Along with a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, relatives and friends.
