Michael Sharod Johnson

​Michael Sharod Johnson was born February 13, 1989 in Bainbridge, Ga., where he spent his childhood and most of his adult life. The last year of his life was spent in Tallahassee, Fla until his untimely death. He was the son of Letha Johnson and the late Thomas Johnson, Jr. He was a graduate of Bainbridge High School in 2007. Sharod, as we called him, was a very loving and caring person. He was always laughing, joking around, and was just fun to be around. He leaves to cherish his memories, his mother; Letha Johnson, granddad; Isiah Johnson ( Jacksonville, Fla). A very dear and loving girlfriend; Shatavia Jackson (Tallahassee, Fla)., God parents; Mary and Terry Sims (Atlanta, Ga.), a stepmom; Pearlie Johnson, sisters; Toniette Johnson (Atlanta, Ga.), Jamie Howard Williams (Ronnie), Shamika Howard (Terry), and Raven Johnson, brothers; Thomas Alonzo Johnson, Ortavius Johnson (Detroit, Michigan), Robert Howard, and Eric Howard (Atlanta, Ga.), aunts; Linda Sims (Willie) (Atlanta, Ga.), Mary and Terry Sims (Atlanta, Ga.), Marion Bush, Eva Johnson, Dr. Lisa Smart ( Howard), Katie Johnson, Florine Johnson (Dawson, Ga), Allie Mae and great aunt; Liz Tomlin, uncles; William Johnson (Deborah), Tony Sasser and Leroy Sasser (Liz), nieces; Ja’Kharia Howard, Saniyah West, Jessica Glen, Olivia Watson and Shayan Glen, nephews; Treyvon and Terry Chavers, a special cousin; Terrance Killings (Atlanta, Ga.), some very dear friends; Eric Harvey and Caiaphius Neal and a host of other cousins, family and friends.

He was preceded in death by his dad; Thomas Johnson, Jr. daughter; Mykylie Johnson, grandparents; Oddie Rea and Will Johnson, Florine Moore Johnson, uncle; Eddie Worthy and aunt; Geraldine Carlton.
