Mrs. Linda Jean Beard Robert departed her life on the evening of November 7, 2023. Born to the late Gurley Beard, Sr. and Margaret Anderson Beard in Baker County, Georgia. Linda was the sixth oldest of seven children.
She accepted Christ at an early age and joined Pine Hill Missionary Baptist Church. She later moved her membership to Antioch Missionary Baptist Church, under the Pastoral Leadership of Reverend Cleveland Sanders, where she was a member until God called her home.
Linda attended West Bainbridge Elementary School prior to being a caregiver/CNA for many years of service. She will be sadly missed but forever remembered by her family and friends. She loved her family and enjoyed spending time with them, especially her children and grandchildren. Her passion was fishing, which she mastered. When not fishing she enjoyed family gatherings.

She was known as a dedicated wife, mother, grandmother, sister, aunt and friend and her memory will live on through those who served and touched her life. She leaves to cherish her loving memory, spouse, Jerry Robert; three sons: Derrick Beard, Morris Beard (Christy), Renatus Robert; one daughter: Margaret Isaac (Henry); four brothers: David Beard (Brenda) of Brinson, GA, Marvin Beard of Rochester, NY, Tony Jones (Joyce) of Bainbridge, GA, Gurley Beard, Jr. (Bridgette) of Pelham, GA; two sisters: April Backey & Yolandra Backey of South Carolina.
