King Solomon Harris was born in Attapulgus, GA, on June 29, 1926. He was blessed with 98 years of life. He departed this life on December 13, 2024, in the quietness of his home.
He was employed with General Motors for 38 plus years, he was a faithful and dedicated member of the True Church House to All Nations with Bishop Thomas Askin, and served as head Deacon and Sunday School teacher.
He leaves to cherish his memories, children; Norma (Robert) Carter, Gloria Harris-Ford, Ronnie (Dorothy) Harris and Samuel L. Harris. Also survived by a host of Grandchildren, great-grandchildren, great-great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins and other loving relatives and friends.
King Solomon Harris will lie in repose on Friday, December 27, 2024, at True Church House of All Nations 45801 Woodward Ave., Pontiac, Michigan, from 12:00pm- 6:00pm.
Homegoing Celebration will be held on Saturday, December 28, 2024, at Cobb's Funeral Home Chapel 151 Orchard Lake Road., Pontiac, Michigan. Family hour will begin at 10:30am and the service will immediately start at 11:00am.
