Hildred James Perkins was born on February 16,1979 in Thomasville Ga to Betty Perkins Dukes and Hildred Herring. He received his education at Bainbridge High School in Bainbridge Ga. He joined Calvary Baptist Church at an early age. He later moved his membership to Pilgrim Rest Baptist Church under the late Rev. Adolph Noble. Hildred departed this life on June 10, 2022 in Daytona Beach Florida.
He loved God, Gospel music, and football and family.
