Mr. Herman Williams was born on April 23, 1957 to the late Henry Osborne and Agnes Osborne of Quincy, Florida.
The love, care, support, and enjoyment he gave to his family and many others that crossed his path earned him the title “Hub Man” placing him a step above father, grandfather, brother, husband, uncle, and friend. He accepted Christ and united with the Union Baptist Church. Herman attended the public school system of Decatur County until he was led to leave school and earn a living through work.
He was preceded in death by his mother and father, Henry and Agnes Osborne, children: Tony Osborne, Veronica Osborne, Terrance Williams, and Herman Williams. Brothers: Warner Osborne, Henry C. Osborne, and Hunter Osborne.
