Herbert “Joe” James Osborne

Brother Hurbet James Osborne was called home on March 3,2022. He enjoyed spending time with his family and friends. He was a great brother and uncle and always made you laugh. He was a man that always had a lot to say. There was never a dull moment. He will truly be missed. He is preceded in death by his mother Agnas Osborne and his father Henry Osborne. He leaves to cherish his memories a loving daughter Carol Bouie , Two loving sisters Barbara Myrick and Mary Alice; Two brothers Herman Williams(Catherine) and Henry Osborne(Chrystal). A host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
