Gloria Ann Pearson was born to the late Jessie Chandler and Alkania Johnson King Chandler. She departed her earthly home on Tuesday, September 1, 2020. She confessed Christ at an early age and joined Saint Thomas Missionary Baptist Church, Fowlstown, Georgia. Gloria was educated in the Decatur County School System. Gloria had eight sisters and four brothers who preceded her in death. She leaves to cherish her memories, a very devoted daughter who cared for her until the end, Melisa Pearson and one son: Bobby Pearson, Jr. both of Fowlstown, Georgia; two sisters: Mamie Washington of Fowlstown, Georgia and Betty Foster of Bainbridge, Georgia; three brothers: Willie King (Rose) of Bainbridge, Georgia; Lloyd King of Fowlstown, Georgia; and James King of Thomasville, Georgia; two very devoted nieces who was always there when she called, Mary King and Laquanda King; a very special friend, Charles White, Sr. and a host of other nieces, nephews, cousins and friends who will miss her dearly.
