Sister Ella Ruth Frazier was born on January 30, 1943 to the late Tom and Catherine Jenkins. She attended school in Decatur County and Albany State College. She dedicated 35 years of her life to the children of Decatur County. She joined Second Morning Star Missionary Baptist Church at the age of 12 under the pastoral leadership of Reverend Winfield. She was joined in Holy Matrimony to Billy R. Frazier on May 20, 1974. To this union one son was born; Rodney S. Frazier. On November 9, 2020 God called her home to rest. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brothers, Eddie Joe Jenkins and John Henry Jenkins; her sisters, Gwendolyn Jenkins, Jacqueline Jenkins, and Mildred Jenkins. She leaves to cherish her memory one devoted son, Rodney S. Frazier, daughter-in-law, Taneshea Frazier, four beautiful granddaughters, Tiara, Mya, Zaria and Tamira Frazier, three great grandchildren, Ava mcGriff, Laila McGriff and Martavious Gordon, Jr., one brother, Tommy Jenkins, one sister, Evelyn Jenkins and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
