Dennis McClinton Brooks, Sr

                                        THE LIFE 

Dennis M. Brooks affectionately known as “Deno” was born on January 29, 1971 in Bainbridge, Ga to the union of the late Blanchie and James L. Brooks. He was a fervent believer of Jesus Christ. In the year of 1993 he obtained his GED he then continued his education at the American Public University in 2019 where he obtained his Associates Degree in Criminal Justice. He was a truck driver, cabinet installer, and also a dedicated worker for the City of Bainbridge up until a decline in health. He departed this life on February 6, 2023. He was preceded in death by one brother, On’Drae Brooks. 

                             THE LEGACY

Left to forever cherish his memories is his wife of eleven(11) years. Katisha Brooks, five(5)children: LaShanta McCray(Michael), Laqueasha Brooks, Noah Brooks, Dennis Brooks, Jr., and Brooklyn Brooks, five(5)siblings: James Brooks, Jr., Ceita Footman(Carnell), Blanchie Brooks(Tony), Tameika Brooks(Arthur), and Ebony Brooks(Stephanie), three(3) loving grandchildren: Kailyn Jones, Caleb Green, and Michael Jones Jr., two(2) God moms, Dorothy McNeal and Catherine Lester, a God sister, Terry Jackson, a God brother, George Smith, a devoted cousin, Andrew Guy(Jennifer), and o host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, and sorrowing friends.
