Debbie Perkins was born on November 16, 1956 to the late Jessie Johnson Jr. and Luzeria Johnson. She graduated from Seminole County High School. She confessed Christ at Henderson Avenue Church of Christ, in which is now Donalsonville Church of Christ of Donalsonville, Ga. Debbie was united in holy matrimony on July 6, 1977 to James Perkins. She was employed with John B. Sanfilippo & Son, Inc for 16 years until her retirement. Mrs. Perkins departed this journey on Monday, January 25, 2021. She was a loving wife, an amazing mother, sister, aunt, and friend. She was always willing to put others before herself at any given time. She’s preceded in death by her parents; Jessie Jr. and Luzeria Johnson and two sisters; Fannie Johnson and Sarah Brown, and a granddaughter T’Amber Davis. She leaves to cherish her precious memories, her devoted and loving husband; James Perkins; three loving children: Jamaal Perkins, Latoya Davis(Timothy), Deiandra Perkins, bonus daughter; Ramiah Johnson, and one stepson; James Akins. Grandchildren: Jamyah Perkins, Melani Groomes, Jordyn Groomes, Braylin Groomes, Mason Davis, Karson Perkins, Bailey Davis, and Kolton Perkins. Brothers: Jimmy Harris(Annie) and Tommy Harris. Sister: Patricia Bludsaw. Sister-In- Laws: Annie Jefferson(Leroy) Thelma Iglus, Angelia Iglus, and Lolita Iglus. Brother-in-Law; Ralph Iglus and Willie Iglus. A dear friend; Debra Greene and a dear cousin-in-law Jewel Hodge. In addition, she leaves a host nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends to cherish her memories.
