Comothial Raoule Harper was born on December 31, 1972 in Wilmington, Delaware to Richard and Retha Green. Cosmo, as he was affectionately called, attended the public school system in Decatur County graduating with the Class of 1992 at Bainbridge High School and served three years in the United States Air Force at Dyess Air Force Base in Abilene, Texas. He drove trucks nationwide for more than 20 years, driving for Werner, Q-Carriers and several other companies. Cosmo lived his life to the fullest, cherishing every moment. He was kind, fearless, funny and generous. Cosmo was a true friend, loving husband, father, cherished son and brother. He was a light that burned bright and deep into the hearts of his family and friends who will be forever missed. He departed this life on Wednesday, December 25, 2019, in Bainbridge, Georgia. Cosmo is survived by his wife, Alicia Phillips Harper; his children, Tyler R. Harper, Anorri R. Harper, Ahjai R. Harper and Kai; his parents, Richard and Retha Green; his sister, Yashica Green and a host of aunts, uncles, cousins and many good friends.
