Cleotha Elizabeth Williams was born on July 29, 1936 to Gladys Breedlove Williams and George Williams. She departed this life on July 14, 2019 in Miami, Florida. She leaves to cherish her memories, her sister, Laura A Smith; her brother, George Williams, Jr; special niece and nephew, Wanda Phipps and Cleveland Robinson; and a host of nieces, nephews and other family members.
