Brenda (Keaton) Thomas

Brenda Keaton Thomas was born November 26,1968 to Armanda Jean Gaines and the Late Benjamin Conley. The Lord called her home July 30,2020. Brenda attended public school in Decatur County later earning her GED. She accepted Christ at an early age and joined Antioch Missionary Baptist Church located in Brinson, Georgia until her death. Brenda enjoyed spending time with her family and friends. She had a heart of gold which led her to open her home up to many. Brenda had a passion for home interior and design. She loved decorating her home and taking care of her lawn. Her true passion however, was her family especially her grandkids whom she loved dearly. She loved laughing, dancing and bringing joy in the lives of others. She was a dedicated godmother to many and never missed the opportunity to celebrate their accomplishments. Brenda was preceded in death by her father, Benjamin Conley, her late husband, Joseph E. Keaton and her brother, Morrell Clemons. Brenda leaves to cherish her memory, her husband, Phillips M. Thomas, her mother, Armanda Jean Gaines, her daughters, Denisha (Jawarn) Lewis, LaToya Clemons, Quintina Bouie, and Jennifer Keaton;  her stepdaughter, Yolanda (Darius) Dangerfield; Son-in love, Quinton Evans; grandchildren, LaTerrian Clemons, Jawarn Lewis, Jr., and Thomas Kirksey IV; sisters, Tiny Bradley (Tony), Linda Wimbush (Willie), Inez Smith; brother, Benjamin Clemons; Father and Mother-in-law, Leroy and Louvenia Thomas; sister-in-law, Mary Davis and a host of nieces and nephews that she loved dearly.  Best Friends, LaShaurne Bright, Mary Green Johnson, Chadwick Bryant (Tori) and Nancy Chambers.
