Mrs. Annie Doris Redding was born on July 7, 1951 to the late Dorothy Mckelvey and Yahya Salaam. She transitioned peacefully on November 27, 2025 at 11:30 p.m. with the love and comfort of her family present. She was united in matrimony to the late Roy Lee Redding for a great many years. She loved and adored him so much. Annie attended the public school system of Decatur County graduating from Attapulgus - Mt. Moriah High School in the class of 1969. She worked at Amoco Fibers for over ten years, drove school buses for an additional ten years, and later the state hospital for another couple of years, before she finally retired. She faithfully attended the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses since March 25, 1978. She started her pioneer meeting on September 1, 1999. She enjoyed going to the Kingdom Hall and preaching the good news to everyone. She loved participating in bible studies, she most certainly loved being with her children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren. She also enjoyed going on trips, and out to eat with her loving friends and family.
