Angela Yvette Porter

Angela Yvette Porter was the daughter of Wilma Jean Porter and the late Wesley Lee Porter in Attapulgus, Georgia. She later moved to Bainbridge, Georgia where the Lord called her to her heavenly home on May 27, 2023. Her education was obtained in the Decatur County School System. She was a hard working woman, she retired from Elberta Crate & Box Company after 36 years of service. She enjoyed fishing, gardening, and listening to Gospel music. She leaves to cherish her precious memories (3) Sons: Eddie Smith III, Davario and Mario Porter all of Bainbridge, Georgia. Her loving mother, Wilma Jean Porter, of Bainbridge, Georgia, sisters: Bernice Jackson (Lorenzo) , Sebrenia Troutman, Jacquelyn Smith, Chandra Fate (Scottie),Bridges Brown, Chifonna McFadden (Ronnie), Pamela Porter, Brenda Johnson, Anissa Taylor all of Bainbridge, Georgia, Margaret Porter of Riverdale, Georgia, Youlanda Jackson (Phillip) of Hephzibah, Georgia, Phyllis Porter of Sneads, Florida, and Dijonnaise Hill of San Diego, California. Brothers: Ronnie Porter (Emma), Dexter Price (Lisa), Griffin Porter, all of Bainbridge, Georgia, and Joshua Porter of Cairo, Georgia. Nine grandchildren: Jayshun Harris, Armani Smith, Londyn Smith, Taylor Smith, E’mone Smith, Carsyn Smith, Easton Smith, Shiloh Jackson, Da’Zaria Porter. Aunts: Linda York(Eddie), Annie George(James), Geraldine Sapp(Robert), an uncle, Bishop James Hamilton(Bernaldyne). Godsisters: Layafe Hamilton, Bonita McGriff, and Caroline Wilson. A Godbrother, Andre Carter. A host of nieces, nephews, and sorrowed friends. Special friends: Cherry Bryant, Ruth Hundley, Kelvon Gibson, Robert Brown, and Perry Sweet.
